This is very LOW-PREP. With the click of a button or scanning a QR code, your students can access a video that introduces each activity with a funny skit in Professor STEMplestein’s Laboratory. After each skit, he explains the STEM concepts behind the activity in a way your students can understand and be engaged in listening to.

After watching the video, your students are sent off to solve the challenge using the supplies given. The sky is the limit! You will be amazed when you see what your students come up with!

Each STEM Station Activity is video-guided, student-led, and open-ended.
Video Guided:
The provided video gives the scenario, explains the STEM Concepts and sends the students off to work. Students can access this video using their tablet and scanning the QR code on their worksheet. It can also be accessed through a link on your materials list and at the bottom of their worksheet using a laptop or desktop computer.
Student-Led:
There are instructions for you to set up a “STEM Materials Box” for this activity. Once you put this together, your students can go through the entire activity on their own within a small group. The activity can also be run with the whole class.
Open-Ended:
After watching the video, your students are sent off to solve the problem using the supplies given. The sky is the limit! It’s amazing to see what kids come up with!
